In some ways it is not surprising that it will take until the Autumn for the Government to publish a Net Zero Strategy but what will be interesting is how those sectors which will be most impacted  by the transition will have already grasped the initiative.  We know talking to our clients in the transport, energy, agricultural and built environment sectors, that this is front and centre in their minds and one only has to look at the numbers of local authorities that have declared climate emergencies to see that almost irrespective of what the Government puts together, organisations will be moving ahead and making decisions with Net Zero in mind.
