Richard advises on commercial disputes for large organisations and is experienced in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is also regularly engaged in dispute avoidance and complex contractual management issues for UK and international clients. He has worked on secondment at Airbus in the UK and France.
Richard specialises in procurement disputes and has a strong focus on commercial disputes in the healthcare sector.
In procurement, Richard acts in challenges and disputes for both bidders and purchasing authorities, advising on issues of compliance and High Court proceedings.
In the healthcare sector Richard advises independent health and social care providers, medical equipment suppliers and other providers to the NHS.
