Richard has over 10 years' experience in legal and commercial roles within the construction industry and is a specialist in contract delivery, strategic troubleshooting and dispute resolution of complex construction and engineering disputes.
Richard has extensive experience in the design, construction and operation of energy, water, utilities, transport and other infrastructure projects. He regularly acts for local authorities, funders, consultants, developers and contractors and has particular experience of conducting proceedings in specialist tribunals, primarily in adjudication and arbitration. Richard also manages high court litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. Richard is a member of the Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society, The Technology and Construction Solicitors Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
