About Me

Rachel is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team and specialises in the following:

• professional negligence, particularly on behalf of claimants in claims against solicitors and surveyors
• fraud and white collar crime 
• contractual and commercial disputes, and
• company and shareholder disputes.

Rachel acts for a wide range of clients, from High Net Worth Individuals to financial institutions. She has both High Court and Court of Appeal experience, and has advised on a number of cases requiring urgent injunctive relief to protect the client's commercial interests (including freezing orders and search orders).
