Susannah qualified into the firm's pensions team in 2005, becoming a partner in 2016.
Susannah has substantial experience in all areas of pensions law, with a particular focus on advising the trustees of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. She has extensive experience of providing bespoke training to trustees and is a regular speaker at trustee training days, workshops and seminars. Susannah is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
Susannah advises the trustees of the First UK Bus Pension Scheme, the AT&T ISTEL Pension Plan, the Wessex Water Pension Scheme and the Honda Group UK Pension Scheme, among other clients.
More generally, Susannah supports trustees and pensions managers in connection with various member queries, and provides proactive advice in relation to technical issues that arise, as well as keeping clients up-to-date with legal developments that have an impact on their pension arrangements.
