About Me
Andy joined Burges Salmon as a trainee in 2009 after graduating from Durham University with a first class degree in law. In 2011, Andy qualified into the pensions team and now advises pension trustees and employers on a broad range of pension issues. His experience includes projects such as:
- benefit changes
- liability management closures
- bulk transfers
- mergers
- buy-ins/outs
along with all aspects of the day to day running of pension schemes, including:
- scheme documentation
- member queries
- trustee training.
Andy is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers (APL) and is also a member of the APL South West committee.
