Lynsey is an associate in the firm's planning and compulsory purchase team. She specialises in matters relating to the consenting of residential and energy projects, assisting with planning applications, appeal hearings and inquiries and judicial challenges.
Lynsey negotiates sections 75 and section 106 agreements and advises on environmental impact assessment requirements and reviewing EIA reports, planning applications, and drafting and advising on planning appeal documentation. She has also advised local authorities, landowners and promoters on the CPO process and compensation.
