Caroline is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team specialising in:
- professional negligence and fraud, particularly on behalf of claimants against solicitors, surveyors / valuers, and actuaries
- contractual and commercial disputes
- partnership and shareholder disputes
- banking disputes
- distressed commercial loans and insolvency.
Caroline has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, whether for claimants in professional liability and negligence actions, or in the context of banking disputes and insolvency.
She has advised on a wide range of commercial and contract disputes, including agency and partnership issues and warranty/indemnity claims. Caroline is ranked as a "Rising Star" in Legal 500 (2021).
