About Me
Jessica is a director and she specialises in contentious construction and engineering matters and has advised on a number of complex engineering and infrastructure disputes (including those involving PFI/PPP projects), particularly in the energy, waste and infrastructure sectors.
She has extensive experience advising both public and private sector clients in respect of the avoidance and/or resolution of their complex contractual or professional negligence disputes, whether by negotiation, mediation, adjudication or litigation.
Jessica was named as an ‘associate to watch’ in both the 2018 and 2019 edition of Chambers & Partners, and a ‘next generation lawyer’ in both the 2018 and 2019 edition of Legal 500. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law and also the Adjudication Society.
