About Me

Amy is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution team. She helps clients to resolve disputes in a commercial and cost-efficient manner through settlement, alternative dispute resolution and court litigation.

She acts for both claimants and defendants and has conducted litigation (including group litigation) in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as the County Court.

She has also managed disputes in an arbitration setting (international, domestic and ad hoc) and through mediation.

Amy has worked on a variety of legal disputes for a range of UK and international clients, including:

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Transport disputes
• Technology disputes
• Debt claims
• Company and shareholder disputes
• She also undertakes contract and case reviews and advises clients on the merits of their contractual position pre-action, working to achieve settlements where appropriate.
