The Investment Association has published the results of its 2021/22 Investment Management Survey, marking the twentieth edition of the survey. A copy of the full report is available to members of the Investment Association and can be found here.

The report covers the following six themes of the industry over the past year, supported by an extensive dataset on industry assets across both retail and institutional markets:

  • navigating a difficult economic environment;
  • sustainable investment;
  • an ongoing focus on private markets;
  • the adoption of operational modernisation;
  • growth opportunities; and
  • progress on diversity and inclusion.

The IA has also published A Pocket Guide to Investment Management, available to members of the Investment Association here, which provides a summary of the asset management industry, informed by the 2021/22 survey data.
