Brexit Bonfire: Retained Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill 2022
The Government's public dashboard shows that there are 208 pieces of EU-derived law so far identified for DWP, and 374 for HMT, let alone HMRC and other departments which have legislation that impacts on pensions arrangements.
Since these include many key areas such as equalisation, VAT, elements of the new single code, financial services regulation etc, the detail of the proposals will be of much interest. We will of course be keeping abreast of developments and publishing further updates.
