January - A firmwide gender webinar was held, outlining the findings from our gender research where over 400 of our people inputted, directly feeding into the development of our Gender Action Plan.
February - A people sentiment survey tested inclusion practice within the firm. 98% of our people report we have an open and inclusive culture.
March - Our people got the chance to talk openly and frankly about inclusion and what it means to them as our Power of Inclusion videos were launched
April - Named a Times Top 50 Employer for Women for our work on our Gender Action Plan and gender balance
May - Delivered practical training to our Directors on unconscious bias, going beyond the theory to trial and embed new ways of working
June - Celebrated Pride month and our partnership with Bristol Pride that stretches back many years
July - Launched our new D&I data process, gathering diversity data directly through our HR system and providing information on inclusion linked to our employee journey
August - Became a Disability Confident employer and implemented a suite of building and process improvements to enhance disability inclusion
September - Marked Inclusion Week with learning sessions on disability inclusion in the workplace and allyship for anti-racism with our local school partner
October - Delivered the first black and minority ethnic student work experience week focused on developing career opportunities, as part of the new Bristol Future Talent Partnership
November - The firm's first ethnic diversity reverse mentoring programme was launched
December - Buckets are rattled and money raised to mark World Aids Day and support our long standing partnership with Brigstowe, a HIV and AIDS charity
